This has never occurred. However, your peace of mind is always assured. In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I work closely with a trusted network of highly experienced celebrant colleagues who are able to step in seamlessly.

Your ceremony will have been fully written and curated by me, and one of these colleagues would deliver the ceremony exactly as intended — ensuring the experience remains refined, personal, and uninterrupted.

A rehearsal is an important part of the Luxe Celebrant experience and is included to ensure your day unfolds with ease and confidence. If your venue is unavailable, there is no cause for concern.
Rehearsals can be held in an alternative setting such as a private space, garden, or nearby location allowing us to walk through the flow of the ceremony, entrances, and positioning with clarity and calm. The purpose is simple, to ensure everyone feels relaxed, prepared, and present on the day itself.

Wherever it takes place, a rehearsal provides reassurance and contributes greatly to a seamless wedding day experience.

Once we have met and you choose to proceed, you will receive a secure online payment link via PayPal. Payment can be made with ease using credit or debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

A 50% booking retainer is required to confirm your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your wedding – well after you have your ceremony script and it’s almost complete.

The legal formalities are easily handled separately through your local register office. You simply book an appointment with a registrar, who will guide you through the required paperwork and issue your formal marriage certificate. Any associated fees are paid directly to them.

This process can be completed either before or after your Luxe Celebrant led ceremony, allowing you the freedom to focus on an extraordinary celebration that feels personal, elegant, and entirely your own.

You may notice that I never describe my work in terms of “jokes.” That is very deliberate.

Rather than relying on generic humour, I weave moments of lightness and warmth that are entirely drawn from your own story. Memories, observations, and experiences you share with me. These are the moments that feel natural, authentic, and deeply personal.

I avoid humour that could feel impersonal, dated, or uncomfortable. Instead, the laughter in your ceremony arises organically from the contrasts, quirks, and shared memories that make your relationship uniquely yours.

My fee allows me to work with a limited number of couples, ensuring each ceremony receives my full attention, creativity, and care. Rather than fitting multiple ceremonies into a single day, I devote myself to crafting a ceremony that is entirely bespoke. One that reflects your story, your values, and the journey that has brought you to this moment.

I accept a limited number of bookings each year to ensure every ceremony receives my complete attention and discretion.

If the Luxe Celebrant approach resonates with you, I invite you to submit an enquiry. Subject to availability on your date, we will arrange an initial conversation to explore whether we are the right fit for one another.

Step Two — Your Private Consultation

You will be invited to a complimentary no-obligation consultation, an unhurried conversation designed to understand your story, your vision, and the atmosphere you wish to create.

This may take place via telephone, video call, or where possible, in person in a relaxed and comfortable setting. It is a space for clarity and connection, allowing us to ensure that your ceremony is entrusted to the right hands.

Should you decide to proceed, we move forward together and I will be honoured to begin shaping your ceremony.

Step Three — Crafting Your Ceremony

Once confirmed with a 50% retainer, your date is secured and the creative process begins.

I officiate only one wedding per day. Your celebration is never one of many, it is entirely yours.
